About MY ART

Art is one of my emotions .... Simple, free flowing and joyous defines my watercolor expression. Japanese influences are infused from a 1970's opportunity to perform as a color design artist with a US based Japanese firm, TKG, International. My duties included a one-on-one study of pen and ink, as well as brush stoke techniques, with a Japanese Master, Osami Okano. A summer visit to Paris and art studies in the South of France, Aix en Provence and surrounding area, opened my eyes to beautiful landscapes and the wild poppies. Poppies are a favorite subject. I enjoy sharing and creating art, illustration, and jewelry along with a strong freedom in design!
